We will arrange a meeting with you to get to know more about you and your project at your earliest convenience on either zoom, FaceTime or via any other media you wish.

After our initial meeting we will send you an e-mail confirming the details of your project. Once confirmed, we will send you an invoice with the requirement of an immediate 50% down payment. Please know that this amount will not be deducted if you decide to no longer work with us or are dissatisfied with your final products. Thereby, if a refund occurs 20% of the remainder owing is deducted. Once the down payment is made you will receive a receipt along with the second invoice of the amount owing due once the project is completed.

During the design stage we will send you updates on how your works are going to ensure we are on the right track. The last thing we want is for you to be unhappy and end up with something you don't like. This means unlimited e-mail and text correspondence. We want you to know we are here for you!

We will draw up a timeline from the day you agreed on your first product all the way to your due date to ensure we will have everything completed on time, leaving enough room for trial and error. Note that every project is different so timelines may vary.

If we do believe the project may exceed the estimated time at any point during the design process, we will let you know with enough room to possibly outsource another designer with an expected price reduction based on the services we could no longer provide. 

At the end stage you should have everything you requested of us. Your final products will have contain a watermark until the final payment is made on the due date. This is to provide you 24 hours to think over our designs in case of the unlikely event of you feeling dissatisfied with the final works and see a refund. If this happens, you will receive 20% off the final payment and no final products.
